Rules Our Rental Agreement contains, but is not limited to, these rules. Check-In Time - Normal check-in time is after 4:00pm. Check-Out Time - Normal check-out time is 10:00am. Our Peak-Season Rentals are Saturday to Friday (departure Sat AM). Parking - Vehicle parking is limited to eight units. No mobile homes, campers or tents may be used at rental property for sleeping or cooking. Pets - Pets are not allowed. Quiet Time - 11:00pm to 8:00am. Smoking - No smoking inside buildings. Campfires/Grills - Campfires are permitted in designated area only. You provide your own firewood. Outdoor cooking is allowed in U/L approved BBQ grills. Anyone using any of the kayaks or pedal boats, must wear a lifejacket.
