From I-93 North, take Exit 17, right off ramp and follow Rt 3 for about 12 miles.  At the traffic lights in West Franklin continue straight on Rt 3A for about 3 miles.  Turn left onto Griffin Rd and at the beach trn right onto Pine Colony Road.  Property is about 200 yards in on your left.

      From I-93 South, right off ramp and follow Rt 3 South through Tilton and Franklin.  Cross the bridge into West Franklin and take a right onto Rt 3A North and continue about 3 miles.  Turn left onto Griffin Road and at the beach turn right onto Pine Colony Road.

      From I-89, from Exit 11 take Rt 4/Rt 11East for about 11 miles, turn left onto Rt 11, after about 7 miles, turn left onto Webster Ave and left again at Griffin Beach to Pine Colony Road.
